Dr. Sayani Shome

Dr. Sayani Shome is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology and Microbiology, Haldia Institute of Dental Sciences and Research. She has completed her MDS from WBUHS  and soon after she joined as a faculty member in this institute. She has almost 12-14 scientific publications in reputed national and international  peer reviewed journals. She has conducted research on spectroscopic characterization of saliva in oral precancer and cancer patients with a joint collaboration with School of Medical Science and Technology, IIT, Kharagpur.
